ANNOUNCEMENTS!!

NOTHING SUPER IMPORTANT AT THE MOMENT EXCEPT!!

Aj and Kaz are looking for a helper mod -- someone who wants to play NPCs would be ideal or wants to run events! There's some plot stuff that we could just use some extra hands with.

There WILL be a plot event in August! July seems to have slipped away . . . :) but don't worry!

=> The first weekish of June there will be a game board style adventure-y game thing that is plot relevant. Time slots will be up next week for sign-ups!

+ I owe Philosophy some things! Hopefully incoming this weekend (your healing thing and your petshop book)

EVENTS:
+ Egg endgame and can be used for general mingle!
+ FUTURE!!! game info poll gathering. This is for a game in JUNE so don't stress too much but also I'll need time if you make me read anything big okay.

+ STARTING ON APRIL 18TH we will have a TRIAL EVENT. BOTH NPCs and PCs will be able to accuse/defend/whatnot/judge/some stuff. I will provide more details soon(TM).
IF you want you character to get their time being JUDGED please fill out the sign up here (comments screened). Sign-ups close April 15th but I'll allow some wiggle room for stragglers.
+ You do not have to commit to like 'being available from the 18th to the 25th' like 24/7 or anything but keep in mind if you want your character to be judged you will probably have to have at least a few intense threads during this time period!
+ AJ will attempt to not die with NPCs

+ FOR SECONDS we will be having an event right AFTER the trial! You do not need to prepare anything and it won't be as strenuous but just so you know to look forward to something!

GAMES & EVENTS
=> EGG GAME (top level view) is ONGOING. TURN IN IS 3/10 SUNDAY MIDNIGHT EST. This means the endgame will go up on Monday after I've read/scored/written out what your lil' creechurs are.

HOUSEKEEPING
:( because discord changed image hosting, AJ has gone through and tried to update everything to a DW hosting but let us know if anything is still broken.

=> SETTING is all updated!

=> GAME RECORD spreadsheet is updated!
=> On the same spreadsheet the NPC Listing is also updated!

APPS & PLACEMENTS
=> Seconds guidelines and application!

=> PHILOSOPHY and ARTS AND RECREATION are both FULL any apps that come in after for these teams will be placed in the queue.

=> We currently have 2 Languages, 2 Natural Sciences and 1 Social Sciences slot open.
=> Seconds will be entirely variable on Plot Needs(™)

HELLO.
=> Tomorrow Kaz is running a game at NOON PST / 3PM EST
At least two people from each team will need to attend for the game to work! In the event we do not have enough people for the game AJ will run a mini-event that starts at 7pm EST

=> AV will be running a MEMSHARE GAME later this month!

=> Mid-February there will be a ~ game master game~ that runs for about a week since it'll be like a round a day more or less. Teams will get cards and send them to each other and hopefully everyone will die. I mean. Live. Yes. Live. This will be a big trauma game, probably!

=> More gamerunners and event runners would always be welcome, however, AJ has also made a suggestion box here for games or events you'd like to see run. They can even be things like "I want a forced truth scenario that makes my character talk about clothes" or as specific as "elevator game but with flowers" or as weird as "a month where we are all dogs". The latter will probably not happen but it's good to know what kind of things people are looking for.

UPCOMING SCHEDULE
=> The first week of January most likely starting on the 3rd or 4th (AJ will ping in discord) will start a TRUTH EVENT. It's a mingle style event where characters will be incentivized or compelled to tell truths.
=> The week of Valentine's Day (exact dates pending) there will be a ~ * trauma game * ~ Game Master style, so several rounds run over a week or so. People Will Die.

Thank you for joining us in Overdue RP, I hope your stay is fun.

=> You will not be allowed access to the community until you fill out your taken slot/profile.

=> No one will be let in until tomorrow at 4pm EST but, preemptively putting together all the links and such here.

=> Arrival post! Mingle! Be upset about kidnapping! Get to know each other!

=> First event will start around 7PM EST on 12/1! This will run for about a week and have both an exploration part and a design-your-team-house part!

The OOC guidelines for home design can be found here. Technically the items you get in exploration will power the home design but you can start OOCly putting together your home design with your teammates at any time. The team house documents can be found here.
